Denver
is consistently ranked as one of the thinnest cities in the nation --
but that statistic may be called into question soon! Denver Restaurant Week (DRW) is a two-week celebration of the culinary scene in Denver – the perfect time to experience why the city’s chefs and eateries have been earning rave reviews on a national level.
The concept couldn’t be simpler. For one week, participating restaurants
will offer a multi-course dinner for the “mile high” fixed price of
$52.80 for two, or $26.40 for one (not including tax or tip). As the Denver Post
wrote of last year’s event, Denver Restaurant Week is “a great
opportunity to try something new or visit that restaurant you have been
wanting to try.”
With more
than 260 restaurants participating (making DRW the biggest event of its
kind in the country), you’ll have a world of variety from which to
choose. Check out the menus on www.DenverRestaurantWeek.com and make your reservations. You can explore the Denver restaurant world by cuisine or by neighborhood.
All of the restaurants will offer dinners with several courses, some
including wine or other drinks, and even some special events. The one
constant is the bargain price! (Note: All of the restaurants will also
offer their regular, a la carte menu. For a couple dining out, one
member can have the Denver Restaurant Week special meal while the other
orders off the menu.)
