2011 Completing Chefs and their restaurants will be posted after Oct. 1, 2010

The 2011 Taste of Elegance culinary competition will be Tuesday, Jan. 18, at the Minneapolis Hilton, 1001 Marquette Avenue, Minneapolis. Pork Entree judging will be from 12:30-4 p.m., and the evening award’s program will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. All activities are at the Hilton.
