Friday 7/15/10:
4:30PM-6PM: Meet The Brewer Session ~ $30
Tasting seminar with 4 new styles of Sam Adams Beer and assorted hors d'oeuvres on the Black Bear patio. Q&A session with Sam Adams brewer Bert Boyce.
Dress code: smart casual - no jeans, sneakers or hats permitted.

7PM: Sam Adams Beer Dinner ~ $75
4-Course Gourmet Menu with Beer Pairings served in Black Bear Ballroom. One lucky attendee will be walking away with their own extremely rare bottle of Sam Adams Utopias!

Saturday 7/16/11
9:30AM: Brews & Birdies -- $180 - Ballyowen & Wild Turkey (Includes Golf & Admission to Beer Festival)
18-Hole Shotgun Golf Event - Enjoy two of America's favorite past times, great golf and great beer! Different varieties of beer will be sampled at designated locations on the golf courses*. **PRIZE** (4) $100 Bottle King Gift Cards for winners and a mixed case of craft beers *Craft beers on designated holes of Wild Turkey & Ballyowen

12:30PM - 2:30PM: Beer Seminar/Tasting ~ $95
Attend a seminar and tasting in our unique Chef's Garden and learn about your favorite brews while tasting amazing food pairings by Top Chef Season 7 Winner Kevin Sbraga and Resort Executive Chef Michael Weisshaupt!

3PM - 7PM: Beer Festival -- $55 in advance; $70 at the door
Held on the 9th hole of Cascades Golf Course, guests will enjoy unlimited brews (choose from over 100 varieties!!) & delicious BBQ food like Italian Sausage, Pulled Pork, German Bratwurst, German Potato Salad and homemade Cole Slaw, live entertainment by NJ Cover Band, Likely Story playing your favorite hits from bands like Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Journey, Neil Young, Tom Petty and so much more!
