restaurants, bars and lounges offer extended food and drink
specials during Old Pasadena's second Happy Hour Week, March 1 to
March 15, 2012. This year, due to popular request, Old Pasadena
Happy Hour Week is extended to two weeks so diners can enjoy all
the amazing offerings for fifteen straight days. From $1
martinis and $2 beers to $3 gourmet sushi and appetizers, Old
Pasadena Happy Hour Week offers something for everyone.
Various restaurants and venues will also host special free musical
performances by popular local world, ecelectic pop and jazz
performers.
Old Pasadena's most diverse and award winning restaurants are
adding special dishes, and cocktails, and offering extended happy
hours during Old Pasadena's Happy Hour Week. Exquisite dishes
prepared by the area's most talented chefs at bargain prices
include: ham and cheese empanadas ($2) at 1810 Argentinean
Restaurant, calamari with garlic aioli ($5) at Bar Celona,
preserved lemon and saffron clams ($5) at Café Santorini, doulce
dessert crepe with nutella, fresh mango, and whipped cream ($4) at
Crepe de la Crepe, gourmet sliders ($1) at Dog Haus Biergarten,
albondiga with chipotle sauce ($3) at IX Tapa, sauteed scallops
($3) at Pita Jungle, afternoon delight with seasonal pavlova,
vanilla crème brulee, and a chocolate diped strawberry ($6) at Pop
Champagne & Dessert Bar, spicy yellowtail roll at Sushi Roku
