were Boulevard
(San Francisco) for Outstanding Restaurant, Tom Douglas for
Outstanding Restaurateur (Dahlia
Lounge and Etta's in
Seattle) and Daniel Humm of Eleven
Madison Park (NYC) for Outstanding Chef (national). The
